Hila maintains a
zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child abuse, exploitation, and/or sexualization. Any user who violates this policy protecting minors (under 18 years of age) will be permanently banned from the platform, and those involved in serious violations may face legal liability pursued by law enforcement authorities.
I. Age Eligibility Rules

1. The platform is only open to users aged 18 and above; minors are prohibited from using Hila's related services.

2. It is strictly prohibited to circumvent eligibility restrictions by falsifying age or other means. Such behavior will result in immediate account suspension or termination upon discovery.
II. Monitoring Mechanisms and Prohibited Behaviors
Hila employs a combination of automated systems and manual reviews to continuously monitor minor-related activities and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA) behaviors. Any attempt to bypass these monitoring systems is strictly forbidden. The following behaviors are prohibited, and the list is not exhaustive:
(I) Behaviors Related to Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse

1. Produce, share, or distribute any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.

2. Post content involving sexual fetishization of minors, including but not limited to relevant discussions, sexualized role-playing, and display of sexualized clothing.

3. Present child nudity or sexualized depictions in any form, covering paintings, animations, and other artistic expressions.
(II) Harmful or Dangerous Behaviors Involving Minors
- 1. Commit, instigate, or threaten to commit violent acts against minors.
- 2. Subject minors to psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation.
- 3. Depict or encourage various dangerous activities that may endanger minors' safety.
- 4. Promote or depict acts of neglect, trafficking, or other infringements against minors.
(III) Violations of Minor-Related Platform Access Rules
- 1. Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in live broadcasts, videos, and any other forms of platform content.
- 2. It is forbidden to create or manage accounts on behalf of minors.
- 3. Obtaining platform access through fraudulent means such as age falsification.
III. Violation Reporting Mechanisms
- 1. For incidents involving minor abuse, Hila will report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant competent authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
- 2. Users may report potential violations through the in-app reporting function or by sending an email to abdurahimsumon9@gmail.com. The platform will verify and handle the reports promptly.
IV. Prohibited User Groups
Users who have been legally convicted of child-related offenses, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, child neglect, and child trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using Hila's platform services.4
V. Enforcement and Transparency Guarantees
(I) Law Enforcement Measures
- 1. Any violation of this Child Safety Policy will trigger immediate penalties, including but not limited to account suspension or ban.
- 2. Depending on the severity of the violation, Hila will actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigations and provide relevant evidence in accordance with the law.
(II) User Education
The platform popularizes child safety knowledge among users through the following methods:
- 1. Publish this Child Safety Policy to ensure users clearly understand behavioral boundaries.
- 2. Set safety prompts during content creation, sharing, and other links to guide users in avoiding potential risks.
