Hila maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child abuse, exploitation, and/or sexualization. Any user who violates this policy protecting minors (under 18 years of age) will be permanently banned from the platform, and those involved in serious violations may face legal liability pursued by law enforcement authorities.

Hila employs a combination of automated systems and manual reviews to continuously monitor minor-related activities and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA) behaviors. Users who have been legally convicted of child-related offenses, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, child neglect, and child trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using Hila's platform services.4
