This Policy applies to your use of the Hila application and services (collectively referred to as the "Product"). Please be sure to read the Privacy Policy and User Agreement before using this application. Once you access or use the application, you agree that your use of the application is subject to the above-mentioned documents.

• Collected data: Gender, date of birth (DOB), username, avatar. If using third-party accounts, we access public info (e.g., nickname) as permitted by their privacy policies.

Automatically collected:

• Basic data (operating system type, language settings, device ID, advertising identifiers).
• Usage logs (tracks how you interact with Products, e.g., feature usage, navigation paths).

c、Mobile Permissions
To ensure push notification delivery, we may access network connection status (no sensitive data like call logs is shared).

d、User-Posted Content
You control posts (photos, texts, audio). Choose to share, display, or delete content at any time.

e、User-Submitted Feedback
Data from customer service requests (e.g., email, name, problem descriptions).

After sharing info with other users, Hila can’t control how they further disseminate it. We aren’t liable for third-party actions that bypass security measures (e.g., illegal scraping).

Note: While we minimize risks, no system is entirely secure. We can’t guarantee absolute protection against accidental data exposure.

Your information may be stored or processed in countries other than your own. We ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., using standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities).

8、Data Retention

We commit to storing your personal information only for the reasonably necessary period prescribed by applicable laws. Upon expiration of this period, we will delete your personal information.
If we cease operations, we will:

• Immediately stop collecting new personal information;
• Notify you of the cessation of operations via in-app messages or public announcements;
• Permanently delete all personal information we hold about you.

9、Your Rights

You have rights under applicable laws. We'll try our best to fulfill reasonable requests. Exercise your rights through app settings or by emailing us:

a. Access & Correction

• View your personal data anytime.
• We'll keep your data accurate. If it's wrong or incomplete, you can ask us to fix it.

b. Deletion

• Ask us to delete your data if:
  
  • We collected/used it illegally or without your consent.
  • We no longer need it for the original purpose.
• Delete your account via app settings or by contacting us. This permanently erases all account info (virtual items, chats, posts, etc.) and can't be undone. Please think carefully before deleting.
• After deletion, we only keep what's legally required.
• For legal or technical reasons, data deletion may not occur immediately, but we will securely store the data until it is completely deleted.

c. Withdraw Consent

• Some info is needed to use the app. For other info, you control what you share.
• Withdraw consent by deleting info or turning off permissions.
• Withdrawing consent stops related services and data processing, but doesn't affect past processing.

d. Other Rights

• You may have other rights under local laws. We'll verify your identity and help with valid requests.

10、Payment Information

a. Your payment-related information (such as bank card numbers, passwords, transaction records including transaction time and amount, etc.) is only collected when you purchase services through third-party payment platforms (e.g., Google Pay). We do not store complete bank card information; it is solely used for transaction verification and will be encrypted to ensure security.

b. When making payments via Google Pay, Hila will not disclose your email address or mobile phone number to any party. Third-party services may request such information from you; please refer to their privacy policies for details.

11、Children's Privacy

We never intentionally collect or store the personal information of minors under the age of 18. If such personal information is found to have been collected through our services, we will promptly take necessary measures to delete it.
