This policy applies to your use of Hila apps and services (collectively “Products”). By agreeing to this policy, you consent to the collection of your usage data, behaviors, and inputs. Using Hila means you understand we provide a platform to post and share content (e.g., photos, texts — referred to as “User Content”).

You control posts (photos, texts, audio). Choose to share, display, or delete content at any time.

After sharing info with other users, Hila can’t control how they further disseminate it. We aren’t liable for third-party actions that bypass security measures (e.g., illegal scraping).

If we cease operations, we will:
- Immediately stop collecting new personal information;
- Notify you of the cessation of operations via in-app messages or public announcements;
- Permanently delete all personal information we hold about you.
9、Your Rights
You have rights under applicable laws. We'll try our best to fulfill reasonable requests. Exercise your rights through app settings or by emailing us:
a. Access & Correction
- View your personal data anytime.
- We'll keep your data accurate. If it's wrong or incomplete, you can ask us to fix it.
b. Deletion
- Ask us to delete your data if:
- We collected/used it illegally or without your consent.
- We no longer need it for the original purpose.
- Delete your account via app settings or by contacting us. This permanently erases all account info (virtual items, chats, posts, etc.) and can't be undone. Please think carefully before deleting.
- After deletion, we only keep what's legally required.
- For legal or technical reasons, data deletion may not occur immediately, but we will securely store the data until it is completely deleted.

c. Withdraw Consent
- Some info is needed to use the app. For other info, you control what you share.
- Withdraw consent by deleting info or turning off permissions.
- Withdrawing consent stops related services and data processing, but doesn't affect past processing.

- You may have other rights under local laws. We'll verify your identity and help with valid requests.
10、Children’s Privacy Policy
a. Age Requirements for Service Access
Hila is not intended for use by individuals under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. To access our Services:
- You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the higher legal age threshold required in your country/region to use services without parental consent.
- If you do not qualify as a legally consenting adult in your jurisdiction (even if you meet Hila’s minimum age requirement), your parent or legal guardian must formally consent to these Terms on your behalf.
b. Handling of Underage Accounts
Any account registered to a user under 18 will be terminated upon discovery. This ensures compliance with age-based access restrictions and protects minors’ privacy.
c. Compliance with Child Data Protection Laws (COPPA)
In adherence to the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar global regulations:
- If we confirm that collected data originates from a child, we will immediately delete such information from our systems.
- If we detect activities involving unauthorized collection of child data (e.g., minors using the service without proper consent), we may share relevant details with appropriate law enforcement agencies to address potential violations.
